Don's greatest asset is his rough-cut image that contradicts every stereotype in the speaking business. His incredible personal story from rags to riches leaves a lump in your throat and a hole in your heart. His journey from youth prison to earning USD350 per day is just one example of true possibility and unlimited potential. One of his favourite achievements is backpacking 35 countries before realising he didn't have to travel to find what he was looking for... himself. Don's unbelievable energy is contagious and this established stand-up comedian has a message for all.

Allan is the perennial Mr Nice Guy. A family man, Allan sees the world through rose-coloured glasses, and likes what he sees. Never having known his biological father, he's determined that his relationship with his son will be astounding, and strives daily to strengthen it. Allan and his wife left their native Cape Town in 1999, arriving in London with enough money to last just a month, no jobs, and two weeks' accommodation. They've known hardship and economy, and look forward to a prosperous future with their son.

David is a tropical ecologist, and while conducting research he has managed to get himself lost in the rainforests of Borneo, New Guinea, Cameroon and Brazil. He is passionate about explaining his science to the general public in an accessible and entertaining way. However, to pay for his skiing and diving holidays, David also works as a professional trainer in his spare time, presenting seminars on transferable skills. From having a very severe stammer when he was younger, David is now a fluent and effective communicator.
Ever since being invited to join Tall & Bald, David has been annoying Allan and Don about wanting to be called Dr Smart. To stop his pathetic whinging, they reluctantly agreed, despite Allan repeatedly pointing out that David was far too scruffy. But his demand to change the company name to Tall, Bald & Smart was firmly refused on the grounds that it would be too expensive to get new stationery printed. Sadly, David's attempt to bring some intellectual rigor to the table failed when he was unable to locate the table.
